Il Casale è circondato da 6 ettari di terra e si trova a 7km dal Ponte Tibetano di Sellano, a 20 da Rasiglia, a 20 da Norcia, a 28 da Cascia e a 8 dalle Terme di Triponzo. Vicino al Parco Nazionale dei Sibillini e ai fiumi Corno e Nera, dove stagionalmente è possibile pescare e praticare rafting, è ideale per la vita all'aria aperta. Bancomat, negozi, bar e ristoranti nel raggio di 2km. Percorsi trekking e Mountain bike nelle vicinanze. BBQ e forno a legna esterni. Amici Pelosi, benvenuti!

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

Cottage surrounded by nature

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The apartment centrally located, cosy and affordable. Located in the historic center of Norcia, in the Sibillini National Park. The apartment is part of an old building completely renovated in 1993 according to anti-seismic regulations. It has not suffered any damage from the recent earthquake of 24 August 2016 and following.
