The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

We offer our guests an apartment in Pari, a pretty village in the heart of Tuscany, near the Terme di Petriolo and halfway between Siena and the sea, reachable in about halfanhour. Completely and recently renovated, it consists of a kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom, an outdoor relaxation space with a table. Equipped with air conditioning and all kinds of comforts, it is for 2/3 people, in the kitchen there is a single bed. Private pool shared with other guests.

Our house is located in the countryside of the municipality of Chiusdino, just 5 minutes from the two main towns of Monticiano and Chiusdino and 10 minutes from the beautiful Abbey of Galgano. 30 minutes from Siena, from Monteriggioni, an hour from Florence and 30/40 minutes from the sea. Just 20 minutes from the beautiful Terme del Petriolo.

At just 18km from Siena, the apartment is part of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse tucked away in the scenic rolling hills of Tuscany. The uniquely positioned grounds dominate the valley, allowing for stunning views with the most enchanting sunsets, or sunrises for those early birds! The apartment allows for a relaxing and recharging break, as well as being in the perfect location to go out and explore. The pool is open from the 15th June to the 15th September.

Recently inaugurated, the property is a portion of a Tuscan farmhouse with a separate entrance immersed in the Sienese countryside just 10 minutes from the historic center of Siena. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and whirlpool, a living room, and a kitchen. A 60*120 crib with protections is available on request. Outside there is a common area. The price is for the entire apartment. Occupancy tax €1.5/person
