Located 2 km from the GR20 and a 15min drive from Calvi, the house offers a beautiful viewpoint, from the charming village of Moncale, thanks to its terrace on the top floor. Recently renovated, it consists on the ground floor, a kitchen/living area overlooking a small patio. On the 1st is a bedroom and shower room. On the 2nd floor, a spacious newly air-conditioned bedroom + a terrace. A little extra, the terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower. Walking access deserves the view and tranquility

This peaceful villa offers a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. At the gates of Ile Rousse, 3 km from the beach, at the bottom of the town of Monticello, a small typical and very touristy village with its square where there is a bar/restaurant and pizzeria, come and stay in a small corner of paradise with a private heated and secure 7 m x 3 m pool, small sea view, terraces with its enclosed garden and not overlooked. The villa is equipped for 6 people (8 on request) on one level.
