Our suite on the first floor features an exclusive 40-square-meter private terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze from dawn to dusk. It consists of two areas, a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bathroom with the possibility of adding a third bed. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with up to 2 children, and single travelers. Each accommodation includes beach service at the Florida beach resort with an umbrella and two sun loungers.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

In the aristocratic and secluded Tombolino estate Villa La loggia is separated from the others by a private garden which leads through an alley of elm trees and oleanders to the house. As its name says a spectacular veranda offers a large outside space. The floor is made of a patterned, in laid black marble square tiles set in bleached wooden slabs and the white wooden beams of the roof give a very outstanding colonial flavour, with wicker furnishing and large comfortable armchairs.
