The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

A 5-minute walk to the center and 10 to the main supermarkets, this apartment is suitable for those who want to have amenities at their fingertips while having their own privacy. The apartment is spacious, bright, cool and ventilated making even the hottest days bearable, it is equipped with an air conditioner in the entrance and fans in the rooms. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated. We warmly welcome dogs accustomed to cats, cats and humans well educated by the latter.

The outdoor space is spacious and equipped for you to enjoy your vacation.

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

50mq three-rooms apartment in Venturina Terme with independent entrance. It's composed by: a bedroom with queensize bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and kitchen. Suitable for four adults or family with two children. The natural spring and the thermal baths are reachable by foot. Gulf of Baratti, Rimigliano and Sterpaia parks, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima are near the apartment. My accomodation is perfect for travel-workers, couples and families.

In the garden below it is available to our guests and their furry friends an exclusive outdoor dining area with picnic table.

To reach the farmhouse from the Archaeo-mining park of San Silvestro, it is necessary to travel 1300 meters of white road, uphill with an uneven road surface.

Casa Ilia is located inside the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima. To reach it, you have to enter inside the walls and immerse yourself in the fantastic atmosphere of the village. Near Casa Ilia you will find a pastry shop, a wine shop, some bars and restaurants and a market. WARNING: Ilia is located inside the village. Parking is not far outside the walls.
