Chalet at the foot of the mountains

Chalet with 2 independent apartments ideally located in the village "Le Bois" at the massive foot of the Tournette. In a very quiet, relaxing setting. Sleeps 4 with a BBQ area in the garden. Various activities to discover nearby: Lake Annecy and its nature reserve, the caves and waterfalls of Seythenex, paragliding, canyoning, golf in Talloires, hiking, 2 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, with restaurants and family ski resort. Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Valued tourist lodge 4* in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above but the cottage is completely independent and without common areas Free parking 2 cars. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Apartment with garden near Lake Annecy

200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

Multiple activities nearby summer and winter: paragliding or hang gliding, cannyoning, Angon waterfall, lakefront swimming, hiking at the foot of the studio, golf of Talloires or St Giez, the castles... in short your days will be full.

Quiet house in a small village

New rental, all renovated and very well located. Lake Annecy is less than 10 minutes away (about 4 km) and the nearest ski resorts are 20 minutes away. Numerous leisure activities nearby, such as paragliding, canyoning, hiking and many others... The bike path that allows to go around the lake, is accessible from the village.
