Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Montmorency

Really nice and quiet location and it was exactly the same as shown in the photos. The house is near the train stations so you can easily get to the centre of the city. Also, J.O. was amazing, the communication was quick and clear and there were drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. I recommend 😊💯

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Everything went neatly. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable. 😊 However, since we were there in the summer, it became very humid in the bedroom (no draft, only two windows in the apartment). However, we asked the host for a fan, which we received the next day as promised. This solved our problem to a great extent. Very reliable! 👍🏻 Can recommend in good conscience.

My stay with Geoffroy was great! Everything in the description was present and even more than expected. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet, which created a relaxed atmosphere. The neighbor was also very friendly and helpful, which gave an extra nice feeling. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come back myself!

Stay as expected. Spacious accommodation ,very well equipped and in a good location . Everything is ok, you can book without a second thought . We had a problem when we arrived (hot water problem) , this one was effectively managed by the agency in charge of the apartment (coming from a plumber on a Friday evening at 7pm ...) Even though the repair could not be done during our stay , we were able to agree on an arrangement with the landlord at the end .

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

Clean and pleasant studio to live in. I found it a little more spacious than it looks in the photos. Well located for walking distance to the train station, small shops, shopping center, lake, hospital, and the unmissable Sarcelles market! I really appreciated the fan in this hot weather. Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Nice place and host was very helpful

My partner and I stayed in this studio for 5 nights. The place looked bigger than the pictures The host's instructions and the ease of access to the accommodation are excellent. The host thought of everything when it comes to household products, kitchen utensils and some basic ingredients for cooking, appliances, (washing machine soap), really everything ✅👍🏼 She was available and very responsive during our stay. We thank her for her kindness and professionalism and we will not hesitate to return to this accommodation if we are passing through the Val d'Oise (95). The building and surroundings are very quiet and well maintained. The building's outdoor and secure space allows you to park your vehicle without any problems. We recommend this listing without hesitation.

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.
