Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and authentic farmhouse dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

IRIS HOLIDAY HOUSE WHIT SWIMMING POOL Iris holiday house is located on a hill near Pisa. The strategic position will allow its guests to visit easily all the Tuscany province. The house: on the ground floor we have a living area with equipped kitchen and a bedroom with double bed (possibility of inserting another cot on request) and bathroom ; on the first floor we find a bedroom with two single bed and a bathroom. Guests will have the opportunity to use a 10m x 5m swimming pool and relax area.

The new apartments "Le Querce" are on the ground floor of a villa located on a three-hectare farm with olive grove and orchard, characterized by the presence of tall oak groves. The accommodations are apartments of about 60 square meters each of which has a porch in front, for personal use of about 20 square meters overlooking the infinity swimming pool, this one in common use (50 square meters), sunbeds and umbrellas available. Guests will be able to use free, unattended private parking.

The house gives a lot of privacy and yet is part of a historical palazzo, which is located in the centre of Palaia, a lively medieval Tuscan village with a bar, a pub, 5 restaurants and 3 grocery shops all in walking distance.
