Holiday houses in Montorgiali

Fabulous. Spectacular. Breath taking. Phenomenal. Not sure what other superlatives I can use. Incredible stay at an incredible property with an incredible host in an incredible location. We will be back. Eight of us staying in this beautiful home. San Quirico d’Orcia is an absolute perfect place to stay in Tuscany if you are planning to go to the hill towns. Can’t recommend enough.

Barbara ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur umgeben von Olivenhainen und Weinbergen mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Auch zu fünft hatten wir viel Platz. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft erfordert ein wenig Konzentration. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Barbara und kommen gerne wieder.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Maria Teresa. De tuin is echt fantastisch en mooi onderhouden. Je kan er op verschillende plekjes zitten, er is zelfs een buitenkeuken met ijskast ,vriezer en gasfornhuis. Het zwembad is superschoon en wordt elke ochtend schoon gemaakt. Het huis zelf is ook heel fijn, koel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is zeer rustig en voor natuurliefhebbers genoeg wild te spotten op 2 minuten lopen. Wij hebben herten, zwijnen, vossen en zelfs een wolf gespot. echt geweldig! Het bordje poolside paradise staat er niet voor niks, het is echt een paradise! We raden het zeker aan en als wij weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug! Maria Teresa hartelijk dank voor alles!

Piccolo paese lontano dai centri turistici. Siamo stati molto bene. Ci siamo svegliati piacevolmente con il canto delle rondini. La casa corrisponde alle immagini.

La casa vacanze di Elisabetta è stata meravigliosa. Non è facile sentirsi a casa in viaggio ma dopo pochissimo ho avuto la sensazione di esserci sempre stato e di poterci stare a lungo. Che dire sulle caratteristiche? L'accesso è comodissimo, si può mettere la macchina nel cortile e caricare/scaricare i bagagli, la borgata è immersa nella natura e non si sentono altro che grilli e cicale. Il posto è fresco e ventilato, sebbene l'abbiamo visitato nella calura agostana. L'interno casa non è enorme ma estremamente funzionale per un coppia con bimbo (con lettino e seggiolino disponibili). Ci si sposta al mare o nei borghi maremmani con estrema facilità e la vicinanza di Scansano permette ristoranti e trattorie a iosa. Elisabetta è gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Sicuramente da tornare per visitare quello che non siamo riusciti a vedere ed anche come tappa intermedia per altri fantastici luoghi della nostra bella Italia.

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

Anthony’s villa in Tuscany exceeded our expectations in every way. The home itself was exceptionally clean, quiet, and thoughtfully curated. The photos of the gardens don’t do it justice - Agnese and Claudio do a spectacular job as caretakers of the grounds and there are so many locations on the property to relax and have space to yourself during a group trip. The kitchen was well-stocked (we had a group that loves to cook and they had everything we needed), and dining al fresco was magical with the views from the two tables outside. We ended up cancelling plans toward the end of our stay just so we could be at the property more and enjoy all the spaces and amenities (pool, bocce, hot tub, lounge bed outside for reading, workout equipment). Our only regret was not making it to more of Anthony’s recommendations - the wine store in Scansano was top notch - we will just have to return!

Case Bardi is a beautiful location, lost in the hills with beautiful views of vineyards and olive trees. It is very peaceful. Although the swimming pool is shared among 20 houses, it is never crowded and was a great addition during very warm days. The house is a great size and amenities. It was not furbished with a lot of cooking utensils but the owner was very quick to provide anything we needed. I would recommend this location and house if you are looking to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside.
