From the moment we arrived we were impressed with how you took the old house and, keeping the integrity of the place, updated and turned it into a wonderful place to stay. If any of the four of us need to go that way again, we would look forward to returning to your home. One little thing we learned, four people taking showers using both bathrooms and one right after the other, we ran out of hot water. We realized we should have waited a bit for the last two to take their showers but after hiking, we just wanted to get clean! Maybe a little note to that effect would be helpful. Not a big deal, but the girls just rinsed and jumped out of our respective showers very quickly! All in all, a great place to hang out and lay our heads for the night. Many thanks for a wonderful time.

This was a convenient location for our visit to Knoebel's Amusement Park, as all other closer places were filled or beyond our budget. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, with sidewalks and not too much more to do - but that was fine given our short stay and purpose for being in that area. The rooms were neat, clean and tidy, and kitchen appliances and provided plates and cooking utensils were up to par. The bed was medium firm foam and provided sufficient support..we slept fine. The only negative was that the bedroom shade was not the room darkening kind and as the window faces east it got bright real early. Other than that minor inconvenience I would stay there again...thanks, Joe!

This place was wonderful. We needed to have a retreat from our life in a big city. Your place was amazing, quiet, clean, and with a spectacular view of the horizon. During our stay, we were on a trail in the Bald Eagle State Park, visited Penn's Cave, enjoyed an afternoon in a close winery, and, of course, we took our time to see the beautiful view while the goats were our additional companions!!!

The perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Knoebels - really considering staying longer next year when we make our annual visit because Amber takes amazing care of her apartment and her visitors!! - she was responsive to all communications despite my many questions being a first time AirBnb user. It’s evident she puts in a lot of time and effort to make her place feel comfortable, clean and cozy. Thank you SO much !

This was a clean, well-cared for spot, right in town and very convenient for walking to shops nearby for my niece's graduation. Ryan was responsive and helpful in all communications. We would stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay!! It was easy to find and there were plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas like, dining, shopping, amusement park or just walking around the neighborhood. Rhea was an outstanding host and would highly recommend her. We look forward to coming back again next year!

extremely clean, host was very responsive, and the home had everything needed. this is a bedroom in a shared home with other renters and everyone else was very quiet, hardly saw a soul. the whole house was spotlessly clean. the location is great, beautiful view of the river and a lovely walking trail right out the front door. highly recommend.

The views from the front porch alone were worth the trip and stay! Having coffee in the morning with the breathtaking landscape brought such joy and peace to my soul. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place to get away, without being too far from lots of things to do, this is a great stay. Ada was SO friendly and made our stay so welcoming. We had such a great weekend!

The perfect place to stay if working at GMC. The rental was clean and quiet! John was extremely helpful and responsive! Would recommend!!

Staying at Emilee's in Danville was great. Emilee herself was very responsive. My housemates throughout the stay were pleasant and polite. The house is clean and comfortable, the bedroom was spacious, and all of it appears to have recently been renovated. The appliances are brand new. The kitchen sink is enormous, and there are dishes provided. The stairs may be on the steeper side for someone who has limited mobility. The upstairs bathroom, though intermittently shared by 4 people, was always clean, the water always hot, and there are two showerheads. I had a great view of both the river and a spectacular fireworks display one night. The price was great for an extended stay, the main street is blocks away, and though Danville's streets make for a bit of a maze of one ways, there is plenty of room to park right in front of the house. It is the first place I'd look for when I go to Danville again.

The place was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 small children. The house is cozy and quaint with a lot of attention to detail with the decor and historic charm. Our kids loved exploring the garden and saying hi to the chickens! Comfy beds too!
