Located less than a 10-minute drive from the town center of Montrichard where you will find all the essential shops as well as good restaurants. The residence also has a bike storage room.

Living room (1 extra sofa bed) with functional fireplace, TV, shower room, equipped kitchen, one bedroom (1 double bed), garden overlooking the Cher, enclosed but medium and large dogs can get over. This chic and design home is in the historic center of Amboise. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the Château Royal, it is part of a 16th century residence with a French garden. Restaurants and shops 20m walk away. The perfect location, with the private parking space is right in front of the property. Attention! The Bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the toilet at night, please don't book.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

Gîte du Donjon between Beauval and Chenonceau

Old 16th century house located 3 minutes from downtown Montrichard on foot. In this house, bought in mid-2017 after being abandoned and completely restored since, rental of a comfortable gîte for 2 to 6 people. Exposed or whitewashed stone walls, beams, timber framing, beautiful fireplace (non-functional). Typical setting of the area (cellars in the rock, wells, press, bread oven) on enclosed courtyard of 250 m2 where a vehicle can be parked.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.
