Our Cottage is Surrounded by our family owned 20-acre Orchard, where you will enjoy the beautiful country setting. This cottage is small but cozy! It's got everything you need, from a full size Bed, a TV, to a Kitchenette with an air fryer, Induction cook top, with Pots & Pans, Bbq grill, Refrigerator/Freezer, & Coffee maker! Enjoy your evening walk down the peaceful country road, and in the morning, waking up to watch the sunrise come up over the mountains! Seasonal prices available Oct-April!

Relax, our home is comfy with a 70" Smart TV in the livingroom as well as a 40" TV in the King bedroom and ONLY 2 Miles to downtown* Total of 2 bedrooms 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen and front patio. Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. (Noise is never an issue) The home backs up to a greenbelt walkway leads to a park. **NO PARTIES

Private Guest Apartment on a quiet cul d' sac near downtown Montrose. Three houses from the green belt between established parks. Five short blocks on maintained walk/bike path along Cedar Creek to brewery and coffee shop on Main. Reliable fiber, Internet and TV with Roku. Off-street parking. Kick back and relax in this cozy, recently updated, one bedroom home with stunning mountain views! Located away from the hustle and bustle of town for a peaceful stay, but still only 3 miles from downtown Montrose for convenience and just south of town for easy access to Ridgway (26 min), Ouray (38 min) and Telluride (1hr 17 min). Daybed in living room has a trundle for more sleeping space. Completely private space and entry, but we're right next door if you ever need anything!

The Yellow Cottage Farm and Guesthouse

This Cottage is truly a place to get away for a romantic weekend! Your year round destination, all seasons have something special to offer. Hiking, biking, and water sports in the spring, summer and fall. National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is 6 miles away. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!

Two bedrooms, each with new queen mattress. 1 full bath/shower, full kitchen, private spacious back yard, patio/barbecue. WiFi, W/D, Roku streaming services, leashed pets OK. Small, cozy. Cottage is sanitized between guests.

Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
