With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. Relax & unwind in this beautiful country setting in the heart of sweetcorn country. Just 5 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes from downtown. This quaint guest house is completely separate from the main home and you can take in gorgeous Colorado sunrises and sunsets as you sit outside. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!

Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
