Scenic location . Certainly stay here again. Excellent host

you need to be prepared to be self sufficient in Montserrat especially in Isles Bay which is beautiful. Some things are hard to come by and expensive but that is due to the circumstances of life on the island. Beautiful and clean and unspoiled.

The villa was lovely with beautifully kept gardens all around it. A nice veranda too with lovely garden furniture which was nice to sit in the shade. Location was perfect for us, although need a car. Pool was great & very clean. Initially had an issue with it which was immediately dealt with & Wendell was always on hand should we have needed him. Only negatives: No air con in the lounge area or bed 3. No trays to use in the oven for cooking, which is a minor point. Overall really pleased with this pretty villa & wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to others. Thank you Wendell for a lovely holiday

Montserrat is a beautiful island with a unique history. If you have time, let Sunny take you around and soak in his history as one who has lived there for decades. A sort drive away is the Olveston House which serves great dinners. If you go, check out the photos done by Linda McCartney. Down the beach is Isles Bay Beach Bar and Restaurant. Odd hours, but great sunsets, drinks and dinners. Recommend reservations at both. The house is comfortable with an amazing pool. The views from the deck and pool are worth the visit. Great sleeping with the sound of the waves hitting the shore. The kitchen is well stocked. If you are cooking, the outdoor dinning is great. Recommend renting a car and exploring the island.

Montserrat is a beautiful and quiet island but there isn’t a whole lot in terms of infrastructure or options — so it’s worth knowing what to expect. This Airbnb was incredibly expensive for what it is, but given the context, that’s not entirely surprising. Choices on the island are limited and basic so this was luxurious comparatively. The space was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and clearly well taken care of. It doesn’t have AC but based on location in the hills it has an awesome breeze and sleeping at night was comfortable. Beautiful orchestra of tree frogs! Daphne and Norman were extremely friendly and helpful - clearly care for their guests and want them to have a good time. They helped organize a car from Jerret (tip top enterprise) and we highly recommend him. He met us at the airport and was super easy to deal with. The car was brilliant - without it you would be unable to move around. The roads are difficult to navigate so important to important to have a good.

A beautiful villa with the most picturesque views. A heavenly garden in which me, my husband and our three children spent time in appreciating the plants and animals! A humming bird and an iguana amongst the most colourful geckos set in a beautifully kept garden, with roosters roaming freely bringing music to the area. Manual present in the house and even a guest book to leave comments in. The kitchen was very well equipped and a laundry area, super convenient. So many towels and linen! Super convenient when using pool. The house itself has mild wear and tear. WiFi was readily available. The home looks and feels loved, decorated with lots of wall hangings and homely touches. We would definitely book this place again, no questions. Beautiful home.

Spacious, beautiful villa, with everything you need. Lots of help and support from Patricia and her team, to make sure you have the most enjoyment during your stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great place, had everything we needed. Very responsive property manager who dealt very quickly with any minor problems we had. Also great communication from property owners before our stay.

We had an incredible stay at David's villa for a surprise birthday weekend for my 10-year-old daughter, Alexia. From the moment we arrived, David and his team went above and beyond to make it a memorable celebration. They organized a surprise birthday party that included beautiful decorations in Alexia’s favorite colors, a delicious birthday cake, tasty food, and fun games — everything was tastefully done and truly special. They even invited a few of the team's kids as party guests, which made the day even more unforgettable. Throughout our stay, David arranged for a private chef and a housekeeper, and both exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, and the housekeeper surprised us by doing our laundry, adding a level of care and convenience that we greatly appreciated. The house itself is fantastic — equipped with a great pool, surrounded by peaceful scenery, and offering the service of a five-star hotel. We felt completely relaxed and pampered the entire time.

My 3 friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at silk cotton villa during our time in Montserrat. The villa exceeded all of our expectations. The house itself was modern, clean and well equipped with everything you may need - it is clear that Patrice has gone above and beyond to ensure guests have the best stay possible. The beds were very large and comfortable and the aircon in the bedrooms was a huge relief as upon searching we noticed not many properties in Montserrat had this. The outdoor areas of the villa are incredible with breathtaking views, a pool area perfect for socializing and relaxing, and an idyllic private garden area with hammocks and plenty of fruit trees! The location of the property was great - close to the lovely woodlands area and st Peters. Communication from Patrice and the house manager Andy were great! Andy saw us into the property and provided us with a BBQ which was hugely appreciated. Not a negative thing to stay about our stay! Would highly recommend.
