Phillip and Jennifer were extremely kind and gracious hosts. The setting is beautiful, with easy walks to the shoreline, shops, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and perfect for an individual with work responsibilities who also wants a beautiful, peaceful location. I plan to be back!

We will definitely stay here again. The apartment is pristine and decorated perfectly. We played records on the antique player and relaxed on the deck overlooking the Mystic River. Bed is very comfortable. Big roomy bathroom with a soaking bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Didn’t miss a TV. Assigned parking is a HUGE bonus. Aiden was great and polite and answered all of my questions promptly.

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

Great host, and super cute spot! Has everything you need to feel right at home. AC works amazing. It was over 95 everyday during my stay, and you couldn't tell from the inside. Very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time!! Loved having coffee in the morning on the front porch and reading there in the afternoon. Location was EXCELLENT!!! We were a block away from the Seaport museum and easy walk to downtown. We walked to Li’s for yummy breakfast items and enjoyed the local eateries all within walking distance. Neighbors were friendly and felt very welcome. We had the windows open for a cool breeze and fresh air. It was so delightful. We ate out and did not cook …other than great coffees and teas but the kitchen was well stocked. Also appreciated the shampoo and soap. We will come back to this beautiful town. Thank you

Wow just wow! Lisa's place was even better than I imagined... Just steps to the center of town, great restaurants and very cute shops. Super clean and Lisa and Maureen were very responsive! You won't be disappointed staying here... Book it now!

This was a quick trip to the area to break up the drive to a further destination. Joy's little 18thc apartment was perfect. Joy met and explained everything needed, and was very helpful with local suggestions for dining and activities.Was'nt here long enough to experience any of the hiking trails,.etc but truly seems like a place I'd like to return. if you're lucky, you will meet the inimitable Baloo!

had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. queen bed mattress needs to be updated: very saggy and fitted sheet didn't stay in place. a bit disappointed by lakefront as front yard was over grown and was all fenced in, only access looked to be via owner's front dec.

Great stay! The place was very clean and in a perfect walkable location near downtown. Parking changed due to construction, but the host was super communicative and even offered a small refund. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The house is beautiful, very well kitted out and thoughtfully presented. The location is tranquil and restful. Ann is the perfect host. We love it here. X

Great little house. Very well stocked and very clean. High quality all around! Little beach area is very rocky so not for lounging but a great launch point for small boats. Water in the area is very calm. Neighborhood is very quiet and cute with lots of amenities.

This was our 2nd time staying here. It was just as nice as last year. So easy checking in and Patricia is great to deal with. The house is so relaxing and of course hearing and seeing the waves just melts away stress. I highly recommend staying here.

This house exceeded all expectations! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances were modern and easy to use. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds felt like sleeping on clouds. The hosts were responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Joan has a beautiful home and made for sucg a relaxing girls retreat. The location was great nothing was more then 20 minute drive to local shops or casino and beaches. Home is beautiful and comfortable and we all loved a morning coffee in the sun room.

This house was so beautiful and clean. It was only a couple of us to celebrate our “baby moon” together. I personally enjoyed the deck swing the most. Very close to everything and the views were gorgeous. Darren was a very nice and responsive host as well!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

My husband and I had a great stay at Doug’s condo! The unit is in a great location with beautiful views. Parking was super convenient and Doug makes check in a breeze. We enjoyed staying bay side and visited the restaurants nearby which are walking distance! We would definitely return and stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Taylor’s place was a last minute booking to spend one last day with my son before his Navy submarine left to Hawaii for two years. The place was clean and the decor inviting. I knew it was a studio but it was large enough. The balcony was a nice extension of the space. I wish the bathroom had been larger and more modern but overall the space and its location was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the pools and the proximity of Mohegan sun was a pleasure.
