De woning is centraal gelegen, naast een supermarkt en met een bushalte voor de deur, met een directe verbinding naar station Nijmegen. Tevens is treinstation Molenhoek op ca 5 minuten fietsafstand, richting station Heyendaal en Centraal station, beiden dicht bij de Wedren. Dichtbij de Maas, de Mookerplas en de Mookerheide.

Ons gastenverblijf betreft een zelfstandige ruimte, met een eigen voor- en achterdeur, woonruimte met een kitchenette, kingsize bed (180 x 220 cm), een eigen badkamer met toilet en douche. Aan de achterkant van de accommodatie bevindt zich tevens een zitje. U kunt in de zomer gebruik maken van ons buitenzwembad. Huisdieren zijn niet welkom & niet roken.

The Fruit Shed of +100m2 is located in a green and quiet area with fantastic views of the Maas. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room. A heat pump boiler provides hot water, enough to be able to shower warm for more than 10 minutes. The rooms can be heated by electric heating. Solar panels on the roof provide the Fruitloods with electricity. The accommodation is located on the first floor. In the hall on the ground floor, you can store your own bicycles.

Our vacation home is located in the quiet countryside of Groesbeek. You have beautiful views of the countryside and the Reichswald. The detached house has a spacious garden and is spacious for 8 people. In consultation, this can be up to 10 people. We welcome families, peace seekers and nature lovers to our home. We do not rent to young people. Groups of young people under 30 who do book will be refused upon arrival.
