Le logement de Nuihau est incroyable. On dirait qu'il est neuf. Il est super bien décoré, équipé, confortable et très pratique. Il a même une machine à laver. Il n'était pas très facile à trouver mais les instructions de Nuihau étaient très claires et grâce aux indications sur le chemin, on n'a pas eu de problème.

Nous avons eux la belle surprise de découvrir un appartement très fonctionnel, moderne et impeccable. Un bien bel endroit, où nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les plus de l’appartement duplex : la vue et les couchers de soleil sur Moorea, la piscine, la plage, le lagon et les deux places de parking. À l’occasion d’un prochain voyage à Tahiti, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Un grand merci à Tahiti Homes.

Merveilleux logement digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. L'accueil est amical et parfait. Une belle cuisine équipée permet d'être autonome pour cuisiner. Très grande salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Belle chambre avec ventilation centrale silencieuse. Dressing pour tout ranger. Balcon avec table, chaises et fauteuils permettant de voir le coucher de soleil sur Moorea. Une magnifique piscine et à disposition pour les 4 logements B&B et propriétaire. Très beau jardin. Parking privé avec beaucoup de place. Endroit calme et paisible. Beaucoup de goût pour la décoration du logement. Wifi gratuit et rapide. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. J'y reviendrai sans hésitation. Merci aux propriétaires pour ce beau séjour.

Bonjour Ce logement est très bien situé, nous avions une belle vue sur le lagon et Moorea. Nous étions à proximité d’une épicerie et point de restauration. Je recommande 😉.

Perfect for a Couple(s) getaway. Make sure to lock your doors when you go to the pool or leave the apartment at all. Super helpful concierge to set up private dinners, couples massage etc. Best to rent a car or scooters to explore the island if you stay here for more than a few days between travel.

We three ladies (ages 62, 33 and 9) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were out playing and exploring all day but made all our early breakfasts and late dinners there at the apt. We enjoyed dining on the deck, pretty sunsets and yoga on the beach. Elodie is a very attentive and communicative host. We highly recommend Cosy fare pied dans l’eau!

Ensemble de logements récents autour d'une très belle et grande piscine d'où on a une très belle vue vers la montagne et vers le lagon et Moorea. Logement très agréable, bien meublé et décoré, avec une magnifique terrasse. Seul bémol, le bruit assez important de la route très proche. Par contre à la piscine, pas de nuisance de la route. Gestion et communication confiée à Majord'Home Tahiti qui se montre très réactif pour les petits soucis rencontrés (évacuation d'une douche bouchée, savon pour la douche vide, pas de liquide de vaisselle, pas de torchon/essuie pour la cuisine). Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

As with many properties on the island, the road/road noise in front is the price to pay for the beautiful views beyond the road. Nice property, gated and with lovely pool. Apartment was great - comfortable bed, large kitchen, big TV, laundry, etc. The very large balcony extends the entire apartment for constant views and nice outdoor seating and eating. Beautiful sunsets over Moorea. Representative Katty was very responsive: met us outside the airport and we followed her by car to the property (she offered to stop along the way at the store if we needed anything). She showed us how to enter, where to park, how to operate everything inside apartment, and answered several questions during our visit. Very helpful.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! If I could give more stars, I would do so gladly. Three of us stayed here for six nights and we loved every minute. We were especially thrilled by the breathtaking view of Papeete’s harbor and distant Mo’orea. We spent countless hours on the terrace watching dramatic sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is beautifully appointed and is equipped with modern appliances. Diane was a gracious host. She was always available to answer questions and give us recommendations. She made us feel right at home. I cannot thank her enough for her personal attention. If you decide to stay here (and you should!), I recommend you rent a car or have the phone numbers of a couple of taxi drivers. The apartment is near the top of a steep hill. We walked it several times for exercise and were pretty winded by the time we reached home. I hope to return to Tahiti in 2026 or 2027 with my wife. We will certainly stay here. If you stay here, you will leave with a lifetime memory!

My husband and I had business in the marina and this apartment was perfect for that reason! Extremely clean and comfortable, and walking distance to and from the marina. We were also able to rent a car across the street from the building. That was very convenient! Communication was excellent, sunset was gorgeous every night, and for our purpose in Tahiti, Sweet Sunset was the perfect place for us.

What a place! You have got views on whole Papeete, with swimming pool on top. Terrace, two bathroom, Netflix and A/C.. What else do you need? Highly recommended!

Air conditioning worked well, place is well insulated, so quiet at all times. The laundry facilities were great. The apartment was spotless when we got there. There are a couple of food markets close by. There is a very helpful binder left on the kitchen table. The sofa bed is comfortable. Mariana was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for our one night stay before a flight to Bora Bora. Very comfortable and peaceful. No street noise, nice view, comfortable bed, great hot shower. Supermarket is at the end of the block and it’s a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. La vue sur mer depuis le balcon est très agréable et la piscine offre une option rapide pour se rafraîchir. Le logement est à 10min en voiture de PK18 (plage de sable blanc) et proches de commerces. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Superbe environnement, proche du centre ville et suffisamment à l’extérieur pour se sentir au calme et hors de la ville . L’accès à la plage et à la piscine sont très appréciables, le studio est très confortable, propre et nous avons eu un excellent accueil. Merci!

Mareva and her husband were great. She stayed on top of our travel plans making sure we made it. We got there super late. Got our car and had trouble finding the house. Michael (her husband) came right away and found us and led us to the house. It’s upstairs so you’ll need to carry your luggage up. It wasn’t a big deal. They helped us. Even though it was so late (2am) Mareva and Michael got the ferry schedule and helped us figure out when we needed to leave to go to Moorea. Then they got up early and led us there and helped to get our tickets and they were able to get us a discount. We stayed one night and it was just a few hours. Everything was like in the description.

Jean-Pierre was an amazing host. He walked us through the check in process and even had some food in the fridge for us to start out. This was AMAZING because we had a long flight and just wanted to go to bed. We had enough to start us out for breakfast in the morning before heading to the store the following day. My husband and I appreciate everything this space and Jean-Pierre had to offer.

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay. They were incredibly amazing hosts and picked me up and took me to the airport charging me the cost of a taxi ride but creating more convenience because they knew exactly how to get to my house. Upon arrival they supplied me with water and juice and I wasn't expecting these. They also showed me how to easily connect to the wifi right away. My only goal during my time at their spot was to enjoy enjoy enjoy the tub and oh my goodness was it AMAZINGGGGGG!!!! So grateful I chose this sport to relax in before another long flight home! Thank you thank you thank your for your space and their accommodations. The bed was also super comfy!!!

Nous avons passé un mois chez Magali. Le logement est conforme aux photos. C'est simple nous avons passé notre temps sur cette superbe terrasse. L'appartement est fonctionnel et nous avions notre propre intimité. Enfin, Magali est une hôte à l'écoute plein de bons conseils et toujours disponible.

definitely the highlight of my Moorea trip, this place was truly a gem. the location is exquisite, offering beautiful surroundings, a top tier lagoon, and peace away from the tourist traps. it was truly surreal to kayak into the lagoon every day with amazing snorkeling and seeing spinner dolphins in the morning. having such convenience cannot be matched. the outside beach area is also a complete vibe, with a mix of Buddha and LED inspired decorations, it was the perfect way to unwind. despite there being other guests on the property, I never felt intruded on and always maintained a private quiet experience. this is the definition of a 5 star stay and I will definitely return in the future!

Anita et Jean-Pierre se sont montrés disponibles et réactifs à nos demandes. L’emplacement du bien est idéal pour un séjour sur l’ile de Tahiti. L’accès aux commodités de l’hôtel Pearl Beach est un vrai plus. Son personnel et les services sont parfaits 🤩

A Dream Stay – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of spending a week in this wonderful accommodation, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The host, [Host's Name], was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided me with great tips for local restaurants and attractions that made my stay even better. The apartment itself was spotless and tastefully decorated. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could sip my morning coffee while taking in the city view. The location is perfect! Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Harbour , from where you can quickly access all the major sights. Additionally, there are plenty of cafés and shops nearby that made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation
