Just 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Hiriketiya on Sri Lanka’s wonderful south coast lies the beautiful Mawella. The Green House, 70 meters away from Mawella’s crescent shaped beach of soft sand, palm trees and crystal clear water. You will see the beach as you open the gate, stroll down the quiet lane onto the soft sand for a swim on one of the body boards, a great place for all ages. Meals can be arranged with a cook if preferred and an optional breakfast is included in your stay.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.
