Holiday rentals with a patio in Moratuwa

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Guari and Suhana were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend their place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. I would love to stay here again! コロンボの中でもロケーションがよく、目の前にスーパーもあり、とても便利な場所でした。35階からの景色は素晴らしく、部屋は写真の通りで、清潔。とても心地よく過ごしました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで、とてもわかりやすく、Rizanさんはすぐに返信してくれて安心です。プールやジムもあり、また滞在したいと思います。

I loved Dinali’s place so much that I extended my stay. Dinali has equipped the unit with everything required for a long stay. The view is magical, apt is airy and perfectly appointed, location could not get any better, its walking distance to most things. Dinali is super helpful and responsive to any questions I had. This spot is truly a gem.

Silmiya & Hashir were fantastic hosts - they facilitated our checkin when our flight landed at 2:30am, meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has a great view of the lotus tower with the infinity pool below it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really clean and nicely decorated, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. Fantastic location, next to Gangaramaya Temple & Colombo City Centre mall, Tuk tuks/cars easily available for fair prices to other places in the city which are in general within 10 minutes. They also gave us some recommendations and helped us with a bit of an incident that happened to us, giving us advice and pointing us to friends they had for better information. Really great hosts, with a great apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you ☺️

Nice 1-bed-room apartment, good homely feel (but also private as it has a separate entrance and the host doesn't intrude - but is also responsive and contactable if you need anything) and suitable for a solo traveller, couple, or even family with a young child. Nice bedroom, comfy living room space and kitchen (with a table that doubles duty as an extended food prep area and dining table). Only the bedroom has A/C (other spaces have fans) which might be an issue if it's a warm day and you plan to stay in, but would expect that most people who book a stay here will be out during the day anyway, so it's not really an issue. peaceful quiet neighbourhood but urban necessities are accessible within a kilometre which is quite nice.

Only issue if I were to knit pick, Was the bills on top Of the monies already paid. Otherwise the apartment was amazing and I would definitely go back!

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

This is a newly built, beautiful and modern little place conveniently located very close to Homagama town. The surrounding is peaceful and private. The host was solid and very responsive. He was very attentive and flexible and tends to your needs. The house is comfortable and beautiful and fitted with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend this place!

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

Second time staying here coz it’s the best place in Colombo. Feels like home, fully equipped kitchen. No traffic noise and just peaceful, but still so close to everything 10mins walk away

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. We wish we found this place earlier and will very happily recommend it to our friends and stay there again in the future. Thank you, Kaushi, for an unforgettable stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, just a 15-minute drive from both the heart of Colombo and Port City. The location is ideal, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and great dining options. The property itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the host’s exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly responsive and attentive, even accommodating requests by coming to the property on a few occasions. Her commitment to ensuring a seamless experience made all the difference. Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war rundum super! Die Lage ist ideal – in nur 2–3 Gehminuten ist man am Strand, und in die andere Richtung gelangt man schnell in die Stadt. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Zug hält direkt vor der Haustür, und mit Uber ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ruhig, besonders nachts, was für erholsamen Schlaf sorgt. Der Check-in verlief völlig reibungslos, und die Kommunikation mit Shiffan war jederzeit einfach und angenehm. Ein echtes Highlight war der Balkon – abends dort zu sitzen und aufs Wasser zu blicken, war purer Luxus. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.
