An ideal place to relax and explore the city. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, in a building that is still waiting for renovation - but the apartment itself is completely newly renovated and modernly equipped.

For smokers, we have a shared balcony on the floor of the house (Key in the apartment). The apartment is located in a house without an elevator, so it will not be possible without stairs :) If you arrive by train, it is ideal to get off at *Stodolní* station, from where the apartment is about 3 minutes on foot. Cozy 1+1 apartment (37m2) on the ground floor of a family house. Very good location - 5 min.walk to the city center. The apartment is suitable for 1-5 people. Spacious kitchen with two-burner hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle and capsule coffee maker, dining table, which can also be used as a work corner. The bathroom: shower, toilet, washing machine. The room has a double bed (width 160cm), sofa bed for another 1 or 2 people (width 80/160cm) and newly single sofa bed for the fifth person.
