Wir haben die Unterkunft von Manfredi für einen Urlaub mit 8 Leuten gemietet. Der Check-In hat durch die Mithilfe von Manfredi sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sofort von dem Haus und der Lage fasziniert. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Marsciano. Dort befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht. Das ganze Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Innenausstattung ist sauber und typisch für die Gegend. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive einer großen Kühltruhe. Zuletzt möchte ich noch die herausragende Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Manfredi hervorheben. Jede Frage wurde von Manfredi schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Für jeden, der einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Umbria verbringen möchte, ist das Haus von Manfredi perfekt.

Siamo stati tre giorni in questo bellissimo alloggio, curato nei dettagli arredamento rustico, pulito e ci siamo trovati benissimo!! Zona molto tranquilla ma comoda per spostarsi tra Perugia e dintorni. Host attivo e disponibile Grazie per questa esperienza!!

Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Well what can you say about a little piece of heaven! Everything about this lovely house in the woods was perfect for us. If you want peace, tranquility and nature this is just the place! The house is beautifully designed, very well equipped and very well thought out from an environmental perspective as well. Gabriele was so helpful, so respectful and such an interesting person to talk to. By the end of the stay we felt we had made such a lovely new genuine friend. The swimming pool was such a lovely bonus as well. I feel sure we will be back again!

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

Beautiful house with an amazing view! We rented the big house with a terrace overlooking the hills. The owner lives in the property. They are very responsive and helpful when we have any questions. They even helped us made a dinner reservation in a local restaurant for my husband's birthday. The closest grocery store is 10 minutes away. The nearby town has good restaurants and gelateria. The house is secluded but not too remote. Highly recommended!

Wir waren über die Weihnachtsferien hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der grosse Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr gemütlich und der Kamin hat eine wunderbare winterliche Stimmung geschaffen. Die Ausstattung der Bäder, der Zimmer und der Küche ist wunderbar, modern und stilvoll. Das Haus eignet sich ideal für größere Gruppen, wobei niemand auf einen Rückzugsort verzichten muss. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel herrlich. Gleichzeitig liegt das Haus der strategisch und innerhalb einer Stunde in jegliche Richtung findet man tolle Ausflugsziele (Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Montepulciano…). Unser Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
