Very nice house, excellent decoration and equipment. The garden is very nice. It is important to keep the mosquito nets since there are several insects and even frogs. I travel with my dog and everything is perfectly closed. Very good service, they helped us schedule a spa session.

It is a very nice house. My friends, two dogs and I spent a long weekend at the house and had an amazing time. The views are beautiful, the only thing is that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms and that's always appreciated so you don't have to carry it, so don't forget to bring it. On the other hand, it has everything you need to cook, just make sure you bring the necessary groceries as there are small stores nearby but they close early and if you forgot something you will have to go a little further.

It is a very comfortable house to spend as a family within the Lomas de Cocoyoc fractionation, all the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are glued to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable, the area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the fractionation, I would definitely stay again.

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a good-sized one-story house. Next time we go to Ticumán, we plan to stay here again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

We were happy!! The hosts' service was excellent, they had a super nice touch, the pool and garden were the best! The gardener is super attentive, I give him a 10. Everything seemed nice to me, the house is super nice, everything is a 100!!!

A little isolated, yet within walking distance of the town, the space is very nice, lots of light, with a very practical kitchen and plenty of cooking tools provided. Garden is nice and big, the water was hot, and the pressure was good. Maybe the only complaint would be the wifi sometimes dipped very low, which is not great if you need to work, but otherwise great.

Everything was excellent from the time of booking to departure. Miriam was very kind and was attentive every time we needed her help. The house is super complete to enjoy a few days of relaxation or even something more lively and with more people. The entrance has enough space for several cars. The dog park gets all the applause. Not only is it very well set, but it is also 100% designed to enjoy the whole day out there. To summarize the deal. It was like staying at a close friend's house. Thanks for everything, Chucho. Cecilia’s house was absolutely beautiful! The decor is so thoughtful and cool and the whole vibe of the house is really creative and special. She’s an incredibly sweet host and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our pet situation - plus she has great local recommendations. I absolutely hope to return one day! Lorena always responded to messages in a timely manner, and Alicia was very kind in facilitating an accessible arrival. The accommodation is amazing; in fact, the photos don't do it justice. Although our visit coincided with the rainy season, we were able to enjoy the pool at times. We had some problems that we shared privately with Lorena, who was very attentive and assertive in providing us with a solution. I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation as an excellent choice.
