We had a great experience in the apartment! The place is spacious, close to markets and bus stops, and the kitchen is well equipped. Rogério and Fátima were very attentive, they respond very quickly and made the experience even better!

It was wonderful, the view is really indecipherable, you have to see it in person to understand. It has a terrace with an infinity pool facing the sea that is simply perfect. There is a market and a gym on the roof terrace as well. A few minutes' walk from the apartment, there is a beach bar with snacks, a charming old church and a McDonalds. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a shopping mall and supermarkets. You can visit tourist spots such as Uber's Ground Zero. The apartment is great and functional, it has everything you need to prepare something quick if you need to. Juliana was very charming, she helped us a lot on the last day of the trip with all the support and sympathy. She made up for every minute!

We loved our stay. Good apartment Located, everything is new and clean! The building also has breakfast at a super good price. I recommend it and we would come back.

Caio, from the beginning, was very kind and helpful. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Very comfortable bed, new bed linen. Amazing apartment with a view of the beach and close to the airport. My only suggestion is for air conditioning in the living room and in the smaller bedroom, but everything is perfect and I intend to return without a doubt.

The view of the apartment is great and worth a lot for the cost-benefit. There are several nearby options that you can do on foot, such as restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and very close to the waterfront.

Thiago is an excellent host. The apartment is spacious, complete and well located. The minor setbacks were well managed and we had an excellent stay. I recommend it.

everything you need has in the flat. for those with children the place is very good, several options of distractions and still water from the pool and warm beach, a great support to Venice, restaurants and markets. The very organized condominium... sure we will return...

A great rooftop structure, quite complete with beer, electric barbecue and more. Excellent location, everything close, the host did not give tips of places in the surroundings where to go, the check in was very smooth and staff of the building very polite. A great option !
