Very nicely furnished and well-equipped accommodation, communication with Barbara was very pleasant. We were there with our two small children for a stopover and everything you need was there.

Actually, we ended up in Château-Landon by chance. We booked the stay a day in advance for our return trip from Brittany, because another accommodation was canceled. We were happy that it worked out so spontaneously. The reception was nice. The space and garden with views over the valley are very beautiful and perfect for a few days. The hostess is nice and always available.

Great spot! Spacious, clean and comfortable! One of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed at. The one thing that you should keep in mind is that the beds aren’t huge. You can fit 6 grown up men in there but it is going to be tight.

This is the second time we've come to this accommodation. It is well located, very quiet, functional. The hosts are always responsive and friendly. It's a pleasure to come and spend some time here.

We went climbing for a long weekend in Fontainebleau and found this hidden gem. The cottage was equipped with all the amenities like home. The bedrooms are spacious and offered us (2 couples, 3 children of 3 years, 2 years and 1 year) more than enough space. The garden is cozy and practical for spending time outside in warm weather. Finally, Danièle is an attentive and friendly hostess.

We were with a group of friends for the annual bouldering in Tony's accommodation and were more than satisfied with our stay😊! A great house with all kinds of specials and everything your heart desires. We spent a lot of time in the large living area, as well as on the cozy balcony in the courtyard and the garden area and felt very comfortable! 😊 Communication with Tony was great, check-in and check-out were easy and uncomplicated! We would be happy to come back anytime 😊🙏

My wife and I stayed 5 nights and loved it. The flat was tastefully decorated, clean and tidy with all the facilities that we needed. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Perfect accommodation for a stopover near Fontainebleau. Quiet environment. parking sometimes a little far from the accommodation, but always on the street, depending on the arrival time. Steep access staircase, but overall it's a great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Beautiful apartment for relaxing moments as a couple. The apartment was clearly designed for this purpose and it's a success. It is easy to access by car. Soria was clear and precise in all her instructions.

We had the pleasure of spending 4 very pleasant days in a functional, very clean accommodation, with neat decoration and where nothing is missing. The interior fittings are well thought out and we were able to enjoy the barbecue and the small terrace sheltered from the wind every day. The ideal location allowed us to take a beautiful hike on the blue trail n2 (from the Denecourt Tower) whose start is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation and also to visit the park of the Château de Fontainebleau, a 10-minute walk away. Very convenient: The nearby convenience store is open late and on Sundays. We would have gladly stayed a few more days... Great value for money!! A home/super host to recommend. Note: we had 2 vehicles and we had no difficulty parking in the street each time.

Ideal place to enjoy the area: Moret, Barbizon, Fontainebleau and Vaux le Vicomte castle. A small path leads to the Seine in 5 minutes and boat trips are possible. Quality bedding and nice view of the garden. Impressive ceiling height and parquet flooring. The terrace deserves to be highlighted. The hosts are welcoming. We recommend it!

Great stay at Charlene's place. Very cozy, functional and tastefully decorated. The balcony is also pleasantly furnished. A real exotic happiness while feeling at home.
