Osaka & Kyoto Best for sightseeing 4LDK 2WC2 Parking Vacation Home "JAPAKU" station 3 minutes

This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. For more information, please see the JAPAKU website, Google Maps, Instagram, etc. 　 Alcohol and a large delivery box are installed at the entrance. We are currently flexible with pricing for long-term stays, so please let us know. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 05, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

There was a polite greeting before the stay, and I was able to check in smoothly without any worries✨ The owner came to greet us after check-in and was very kind😊 The room was also very clean, and I slept well in the large bed. One car can be parked for free in the nearby parking lot.Our car was a little big, so we caused some inconvenience to the neighbors.I think a smaller car is better. You can smoke on the veranda, and my husband was also satisfied. I was more than satisfied with my stay at this price. Thank you.☆
