We recommend using a private vehicle to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The APPI Snow Mountain Resort area has shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, and there is also a supermarket about 20 minutes away by car. There are also great hot spring areas such as Matsukawa Onsen, and Hachimantai Ski Resort and Shimokura Ski Resort are also nearby. It is a cool highland area at an altitude of 900 m, so you can enjoy the natural air conditioning in the summer and a comfortable stay in the warm rooms in the winter. Enjoy the changing faces of the four seasons, with the fresh green leaves of spring, the cool highland summers, the beautiful autumn leaves, and the snow-covered landscape of winter.

About the Omagari Fireworks Festival (Daisen City) on August 31st Traffic is very crowded and there will be a lot of traffic on the day. The time indicated by Google map can not come from the fireworks display venue to our inn in 1 hour and 14 minutes.It takes 3-5 hours on that day.The fireworks display will probably end or arrive at Katasumi as early as 1 o'clock at night and around 2 o'clock.If you're making a reservation for that date, please understand this before booking.Please note that it is not possible to pick up and drop off by car.
