Die FeWo mit 40m2 befindet sich in einer ruhigen , idyllischen Lage auf unseren Dreiseitenhof . Aus der Wohnung tretend befinden sie sich gleich auf der zu ihrer Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m , als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Sie wandern in 15min.durch die Weinberge und erreichen das Seußlitzer Schloß ,der Elbradweg ist von uns aus nur 400m entfernt , im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen perfekt. Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder sind kostenfrei .

The surrounding area is ideal for cyclists and hikers. By bus or car you can reach 30 minutes to Dresden city center. The bright and open-plan apartment offers several sleeping accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The old wash house of our villa from 1900 is located in the green. It has been modernly renovated as a bright studio house with a gallery. Whether by car, by public transport or by bike, our house is easily accessible. Also from the Elb biking trail, it is only a small detour. The cozy and high-quality furnishings invite you to relax, whether you are in town for work, on vacation or for a weekend. Welcome!

A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds. The detached apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row in a property surrounded by venerable trees. Directly opposite is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes walk or by tram (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11 etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away to reach.
