"Le Petit Chaudenas" - Private Pool and Woodland

Part of a former wine producing farm built over 300 years ago, Le Petit Chaudenas features a beautiful, large swimming pool and is set in over 5 Hectares of private garden and woodlands. Located in the tiny hamlet of Toury in the Mâconnais region with its famous Appellations Villages: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Viré-Clessé, the area is ideal for wine tasting as well as being only 10 mins drive from Cormatin, the community of Taizé and the historical town of Cluny.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. On the 1st floor of a charming house in a beautiful estate surrounded by meadows and woods. In a park, benefits from a large terrace, hence its name, a green environment and access to the pool (shared with the owner and tenants of the cottage "La Ferme des Hauts). The Terrace was classified on 18/12/2018 "furnished 3-star tourism" by Gites de France de Saône et Loire, an organisation approved within the meaning of Article L324-1 of the Tourism Code.

It is equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, office area, sitting area with TV and separate bathroom and toilet (baby cot and armchair on request). A relaxation area to discover ;) Bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. The accommodation also has a courtyard for parking and a private garden (garden table, ping pong table).
