Stunning Tuscan Villa & Panoramic Infinity Pool

ChelseaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was our second time visiting Mogens and Suzie's beautiful home in Cortona. One reason for coming back was the sheer beauty of the property and the proximity to fantastic medieval towns with incredible history that endures even now. For wine enthusiasts, there are tons of wine tasting opportunities with lunch, dinner or just great wine. Another reason for our return visit was an opportunity to spend time again with Mogens and Suzie, by far the best AIRBNB hosts we have ever encountered. They do everything imaginable to make your time as enjoyable as possible and to say that they go the extra mile would be a gross understatement. We can't wait to come back a third time.

Annex in the Cardaneto Castle

AgnesRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

Casale S. Stefano

I had the pleasure of staying with my friends for 4 days at Casale Santo Stefano and the structure turned out to be perfectly in line with the description. Host Massimiliano and his mom were very helpful. I recommend Casale Santo Stefano to everyone

Traditional stone house in Tuscany

HannahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

the oasis of the foxes

AbbyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Agriturismo Via della Stella | Apartment Lecci

KonstantineRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We have stayed at a fair number of AirBnBs in some beautiful places. This was (by far) the best and most beautiful of them all. Our stay here was part of a four AirBnB trip (Rome, Amalfi, Tuscany, and Venice). This place is incredibly scenic, quiet, tranquil, and the unit itself has an old farmhouse/vineyard kind of vibe. But in spite of its age, it is well maintained and comfortable… supplying everything you need. After touring the area during the day, we (two couples) would come back in the late afternoon, and put together a charcuterie board and sit outside drinking wine, and playing cards until it was too dark to see the cards. The hosts (staff and owner) were so kind, friendly, and approachable. Simply put, this was THE BEST STAY EVER!

Medieval One Bedroom Barn

DanaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had such an amazing time! Such a calm and serene atmosphere! The place is quiet far off the main road and in the woods. Nonetheless it is not far from beautiful cities which make great day trips. It is also the perfect place to just relax, enjoying the sun and lay by the pool. The view is astounding and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a restaurant that serves food, which was very tasty! Would visit again for sure :)

Ziraio farmholiday last minute !pool Wi-Fi

Ana MariaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Francesca & family were very friendly, helpful & welcoming. The setting is beautiful & peaceful. The green surrounding hills are a stunning backdrop when taking a refreshing dip in the pool. My only minor complaints and I could’ve overlooked it in the property’s amenities description, was that the WiFi is only accessible in the shared terrazzo and not available in the apartment. However, us parents appreciated the excuse to limit screen time. It would’ve also been perfect had there been a fan in the bedrooms as it was very hot in the evenings. Yet, we were charmed by Francesca’s lovely hospitality and keen enthusiasm to always help with advice and local recommendations. She arranged a booking at nearby Il Vecchio Granaio, which was by far our favourite meal on our trip. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it! The buildings have an incredible rustic charm and we would love to return though perhaps choose a cooler month than August.
