O imóvel fica de fundos, o que o torna ainda mais incrível, pois é um local tranquilo, seguro e com entrada independente. O bairro é sossegado e o ambiente é totalmente familiar. Fica a 800m do Shopping e supermercado, padaria e pontos de ônibus próximos e facilidade para pedir Uber, a qualquer horário. No momento estamos apenas com ventilador, é bem ventilado.

The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.
