Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

The apartment is in the center of the small village of Morrona, a hamlet of Terricciola, at the highest point, under the Church of the country. In less than an hour's drive, you can visit Pisa, Volterra, and San Gimignano, and a little further on, Florence, and you can reach the sea in no time. Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 days, from April 1 to October 30. Children under the age of 10 and the disabled are exempt.
