Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The apartment (55 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the old country house, which we converted in the Tuscan style, with its own terrace. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The house, on the southern slope of Morrona, is very quiet, close to the village, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is a small alimentari and a café/bar. Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the coast are all less than an hour's drive away

In less than an hour's drive, you can visit Pisa, Volterra, and San Gimignano, and a little further on, Florence, and you can reach the sea in no time. Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 days, from April 1 to October 30. Children under the age of 10 and the disabled are exempt.
