A cozy cottage with room to enjoy nature and relax. The cottage consists of a large living room and two rooms. A room with a double bed and a room with two regular beds/daybeds. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed that can be pulled out. That is, a total of 6 sleeping places. There is a separate toilet, which is accessed from the terrace, and a bathroom inside the house with a curtain functioning as a door. The house is located in a cottage area in beautiful nature and the beach is about 300 meters from the house.

The cottage is cozy, but not luxurious. Furniture and service are all bought in recycling. The house is located on a large fenced plot with a fireplace. There is a bedroom with a double bed and an annex with two single beds. In addition, there is a sofa in the living room. The house is heated by a fireplace - firewood can be purchased. It can also be heated with electric heating. DKK 2.5 per kWh. There is a small bathroom (underfloor heating) with toilet and bath. You must bring your own bed linen.

The fishing port, just 100 m away, offers a cozy atmosphere, a seafood restaurant, an ice cream shop and more. The local cooperative is just around the corner.

The house is fenced and dog-friendly - with plenty of space for both relaxation, play and tranquility.

Bright, simple and house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area. Privat strand, stor terrasse og 2,3 hektar skov og strandeng – med lidt held kan I se råvildt i haven. Nyd stille morgener med kaffe på terrassen, afslappende stunder, hyggelige aftener ved brændeovnen og lange gåture i skov og langs fjorden omgivet af naturens ro.

Our apartment is located in quiet surroundings about 2 km outside Nykøbing. The apartment is 50 km2 and is located in the extension of our own house. There is a kitchen with an oven, fridge and coffee machine. Living room with dining area and sofa set. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 with bunk bed. Small hallway and bathroom with toilet and bath. There is a separate entrance to the apartment. And in front there is a small terrace with garden furniture.
