The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. It is purpose built above a dedicated parking space and is self-contained away from the main barn with wonderful walks on the doorstep. Within easy reach of the picturesque market towns of Leominster and Hereford, the Black Mountains, the Malvern hills and the black and white village trail.

***We are located in England, not Wales. NOTE the staircase is very steep so young children will need to be supervised when upstairs. A cosy, rustic retreat in the heart of stunning Borders countryside. We are able to provide a contact free check-in and check-out. I live in a property adjacent, but at some distances to the property. Enjoy amazing stars at night and fresh eggs from our own hens for breakfast. Wake up to bird song and beautiful views.

Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
