On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms of about 18 m2 with a double bed, TV, desk. Upstairs, a bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, living room, relaxation area (billiards, foosball, darts, library) Outdoor area (bocce ball, T de T, picnic table, basketball, swimming pool/summer). Wooden hangar-type house 15 minutes from the Metz-Nancy highway, 25 minutes from Metz city center and 45 minutes from Nancy Nearby services (Aldi, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, tobacconist, café).

Country house in a bucolic setting in a very quiet village at the foot of the Delme coast (nature reserve). Bath linen available and beds prepared before your arrival. On the outside, two terraces, one with a levee and a large lot. For my part (Xavier), I stay under the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. The municipality of Xocourt is 2 minutes from Delme where you can find all the amenities (restaurant, supermarket). Cleaning to be done before departure.

The gîte les Hirondelles is quiet, close to the Etang du Stock and its leisure base but also the Parc de Sainte Croix, Center Parc, Plan Incliné etc. It is very well equipped, it can accommodate 6-8 adults and 2 small children. It has a sauna for an additional €20 per day plus a magnificent terrace that is very enjoyable during the summer. It has its own private parking and garden.
