Whilst staying the apartment take advantage of going up to the pool area even if you aren't keen on swimming. You will find the view up there absolutely breathtaking! For those of you wanting to keep fit, there is also a gym. Please read and respect my house rules. We would love to meet and greet you and then stay out of your way. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our apartment so that we can arrange a time to meet you:). We will always do our best to be flexible with your check-in time. Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in your check-in time as we plan in advance our schedule..... hence, please be patient:) There may also be occasions where you may need to collect keys from concierge. Wake up in the heart of Sydney, step out and walk to explore Sydney's attractions like The Opera House, Art Gallery, Sydney Tower, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour, China Town or Sydney Convention Centre. Walk to trains, buses or ferries to reach Manly, Bondi Beach or The Blue Mountains. Experience quality near-by cafes, restaurants & enjoy the atmosphere of a cocktail-bar, nightclub or our Casino. Then relax at the rooftop pool to marvel at the city view or take a work-out at the gym. Museum station is only minutes of walking distance away. You can use it to visit any other part of Sydney quickly. In fact, you can take a train from the airport, get out at Museum Train Station and then walk a couple of minutes to reach the apartment. The train ride takes around 13 minutes. If however, you prefer to take a taxi, the taxi will take approximately 20 minutes (between $45 to $60 depending on traffic). Buses are your other option to travel around Sydney. There are several options and depending on where you would like to go, the bus stops are again only a short walk. The 'INSTANT-BOOK' function is enabled so you can make a booking straight away if your dates are available. Please refer to the Airbnb listing calendar for availability of the home. If dates are blocked out, that means they have been taken. PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within the apartment, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.

Sit back on the sun-drenched veranda of this cosy period house and take in the sweeping views across Green Park. All rooms are spacious and come with all the essentials to make you feel at home. As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.

Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard.
