Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. Hilltop Retreat with Panoramic Sydney Harbour View

We enjoyed our stay at cosy Hilltop Retreat. The spectacular views of Sydney Harbour especially all lit up at night, made up for the three flights of stairs to the top floor apartment. Naadiya provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to my query. The location was perfect for our 4 night stay catching up with family close by. The only dampener was the weather. So much rain! The additional umbrella provided by Naadiya came in very handy. I would highly recommend Hilltop Retreat to anyone and would definitely return in the future.

Wow! A stunning studio in a perfect location! We just loved Heather’s modern, private and charming Bali-inspired property. It has the most impressive kitchen of any AirBnB we have stayed in, a hotel quality bed and linen, and the outdoor shower is just amazing (that’s all we used during our stay!) Can’t say enough great things about this property, and the location on the North Shore of Sydney Harbour is close to the beach, great walks and the waterfront. We even managed 9 holes at Balgowlah Public Golf Course just 10 minutes away. Stay here!

We would highly recommend Suzanna’s listing at Balmoral Beach. The apartment is located immediately off the Balmoral Beach promenade. Providing easy access to a number of high quality cafes and restaurants within immediate walking distance. Great coastal walk from Balmoral to Taronga and a couple of fantastic restaurants along the way too. If you’re not feeling too adventurous then a pleasant enough walk can be had along the promenade and beaches too. Mosman is a short drive away and a couple of supermarkets therefore within 5 mins drive. The bottle shop on the promenade also stocks a few essentials but mainly drinks and snacks. We hired a car (visiting from overseas) as wanted to travel up to the Blue Mountains and across to different parts of Sydney. There’s plenty of zoned parking which is easy enough to manage via parking apps. The areas walking and cafes and restaurants are popular with Mosman locals which is obviously a fine indictment of what’s on offer.

For my first booked AirB&B it certainly didn*t disappoint .. photos matched the actual premises . Access was made very easy with clear instructions , the premises was very clean , spacious and uncluttered with all provisions made available for a comfortable stay . A minor issue we had with TV reception was quickly responded to by phonecall though was resolved by us while I was taking the call and email communications were very promptly replied to. Given the location and premises , I consider the rate was remarkably well priced. Overall very happy and satisfied with the two night stay.
