The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

My place is a cosy original beach house. The cottage is a very homely small house with good character. Two verandas on which to relax & unwind depending on the time of day. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.

Renovated modern beach house in one of Broulee’s quietest cul-de-sacs. The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. 2 bedroom house with separate 1 bedroom cabin in Lovely Mossy Point. Situated on a quiet section of Annetts Pde with no through traffic. A reserve and the Tomaga river just over the back fence a great area for dogs who are welcome. A short walk to the Muffin shop and the boat ramp. You can walk to Nth Broulee beach via the headland and Candalagan creek, otherwise only a 3 minute drive. There are 5 adult and 2 childrens canoes provided for you to explore the mangroves and Tomaga river.

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

Broulee is a little slice of paradise on the south coast of NSW. This guest house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

Guerilla Bay Beachfront Hideaway

Enjoy suberb location of this 80's bedsit- large bathroom, bath, toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to main house it has a private entrance and 2nd Airbnb nearby. Bedsit doesn't face the ocean. Nearby cafes are available for meals or you can cook simple meals. Take one minute walk to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.

Birds and beach at Broulee

Our place is close to the beach which is great for surfing, swimming, paddling and family bike rides. You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.
