We had a great time here! The view is amazing and the appartment is more then complete. Everything you need is available. The communication with Miguel was easy and he gave us all the information we needed for our stay. When we arrived there was enough food for the next day, what a great service! We can really recommend a stay here, you will never forget it!

João is an excellent host, he provided us with the tips about how to best see Azores in the 4 days that we were there and was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is much larger than we expected, each room is spacious including the kitchen and the two bathrooms. Each room has a sliding door to the balcony the size of which is more like a terrace. The location is quiet and the downtown Ponta Delgada is accessible in 15 minutes of walking. Grocery stores are nearby. The apartment has everything to the last detail, nothing is amiss, down to the laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets., and Q-tips. And if you need anything, João is only a one text away.

This is a lovely apartment with an incredible view of the mountains and beach. It’s rather basic in decor, but comfortable. All in all, a very good place

Álvaro was an amazing host, the area was beautiful and he was able to provide many recommendations on stuff to do in the area. For others like us who wanted to explore the whole island it is a great central location that can get you to all sides in under an hour. Definitely will be recommending to our friends and family who will be visiting the island, thanks Álvaro!

Amazing stay! Very much enjoyed a tour around the island with Goncalo’s father, (very friendly with a good sense of humour). We saw beautiful views from all the places he took us, enjoyed an Azorian stew at Furnes and a dip in a thermal pool. The hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome, my husband enjoying playing a game of paddle with the family. The apartment was as described, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. We did not hire a car but with the 2 day tour and walking around the local area, visiting beaches and Ponta Delgada (all walkable) we did not miss out at all. Good to get a feel for the local area & local people. Great to have the restaurant next door and the swimming area right outside the apartment! We would definitely like to return again. Amazing view in Furnas. Pedro was very helpful from our early arrival to our departure. The coffee and fruits were a welcome treat. Well stocked kitchen. And nice to have a clothes washing machine. The balcony was especially lovely. Strong recommendation.

Epicenter was the perfect central location to explore Sao Miguel during the day, and enjoy the privacy of home at night. The neighbors are a little noisy so bring ear plugs but the amenities here made it well worth it!

We stayed here the last 2 nights we were on São Miguel. It was outstanding! The beds were super comfortable, and it was the first time I slept well since we arrived on the island. Extremely clean and very close to the ocean (which can be seen from the back porch). A 3 minute walk took us to a seaside bar to watch the sunset. Everything about Maria Madelena’s place was perfect! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This is a beautiful house directly at the ocean. Very quiet and very easy to feel home. We enjoyed the garden and the BBQ, for us it was perfect! Thank you!

this is a nice and very clean place with a small but private yard at the back. ideal for the kids. but most important is the proximity of the beach at 100m. few restaurants closed from the house. Filipe was helpful with our questions and very pleasant. so this is a place we recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rui was responsive and helpful whenever needed. The private terrace overlooking the ocean was the true standout. Some thoughtful touches like coffee, milk, juice, and jam were also provided for our arrival. The location in São Roque is quiet but conveniently walkable to Ponta Delgada (~30 min along a beautiful coastal path). We usually found parking in the small lot at Ilhéu de S. Roque at the end of the road, though be aware it's a narrow drive where you need to drive half on the sidewalk. If that's a concern, there’s ample parking just a short walk away on Av. do Mar. We didn’t notice much noise from the nearby Cais 20 restaurant. That said, the larger bedroom faces the street and can pick up foot traffic if windows are open. The smaller room was quieter and had better ocean sounds — we actually preferred sleeping there. Beds and pillows are basic but we slept just fine. All in all, a wonderful stay with a spectacular view.

This was our first little home in the island as we went to the area of sete cidades. Loved the touch of having coffee as we couldn’t shop anywhere due to being sunday! There is a restaurant literally 5 mins away so that was perfect😌

What a lovely place. We couldn't have enjoyed it more. The constant sound of the ocean waves, the views from every window and the coziness of the decor. It was right on the ocean and on the city walking path. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Great access to the city, the beach and the freeway & only 10 min. from airport.

This was a very well situated home that felt private and secure. The unit was bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with basics needed. The bathrooms were clean and modern with plenty of toilet paper (could have used tissues). We were given 2 towels (one for home and one for beach/water activities) and a hand towel. I would have liked an extra towel for the week long stay. Storage in the bedrooms was great and loved the room darkening blinds! I personally felt the beds were too firm. The couch was equally as firm. For 2 people, the living room furniture was adequate but if you’re a group of 4 or more, there isn’t enough seating. The dining table seats plenty! The balcony furniture was great and my son loved lounging in the hammock and enjoying the surrounding beauty. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk with a decent restaurant on the beach. A rental car is a necessity to get around. Being centrally located meant easy access to all the island has to offer. Great stay!

mariana’s apartment is super comfortable and clean, great view and just some minutes away from a great beach, we had an amazing time there.

We stayed at Maria’s place for one week with our 11 month old baby as she provided all (and more) of the baby essentials (high chair, pack and play, baby bath, towel, shampoo, etc.). Many additional amenities and extras were provided which were appreciated, including a dropped off breakfast one morning. Overall, we loved our time at Maria’s place, having access to guaranteed, private parking was a huge plus! The only downfall was that for the first couple of days there was a musty smell, which dissipated throughout the week. Maria was very responsive and allowed us to check in several hours ahead of the listed time, which was great as we had an overnight flight!

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

A huge thank you to Graça and Francisco for their warm and attentive welcome. The apartment was impeccable, comfortable and perfectly located to discover Ponta Delgada and the surroundings. Their availability and recommendations, especially for excursions, greatly enriched our stay. It was an ideal anchor point to explore the island, rest and fully enjoy the Azores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s condo. Our day started and ended on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view, quite sure we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning! Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook some meals. Pingo Doce Supermarket is about a 2 minute drive and the beach really is a five minute walk. Very central location to get everywhere on the island - Nordeste was our furthest day trip and it took about an hour. Would definitely recommend!
