Amazing dependance with exclusive pool access, own patio and bbq, which I believe is a real jewel, especially if you book for 1-2 persons and not a proper villa with several bedrooms. Magda was extremely helpful and responsive. And with Teddy (big hunting doc) you feel very safe :)

A very peaceful spot with the lovely village Mouans Sartoux nearby. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and eating in the local restaurants. Sebastien was a lovely host.

We (3 girlfriends) just spent 5 days in Jean-Philippe‘s house and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated with a lot of love for detail. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished and decorated individually. Kitchen and Living/Dining area are spacious. The outdoor areas are great too as there are many places to sit and of course the pool is also fantastic. Jean-Philippe was also a great host, very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. You definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance but supermarkets and bakeries are just a 5 min drive away. The upside is that it‘s a very quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our local contact Catherine was so kind and helped bring our bags up the hill from the parking lot to the bnb, and back down when we checked out early in the morning! She was very responsive and gave some great local recommendations as well. The place itself was very clean and has a lovely terrace. Each bedroom has AC which was a lifesaver during the August heat! Would absolutely recommend for a comfortable stay in gorgeous Mougins! A great base for traveling to other nearby towns as well

Just spent nearly three weeks in this villa. Superbly appointed property. Spotlessly clean. Lovely gardens and pool. Located in a beautiful quiet area, yet only 5 mins by car to old and new villages of Mougins. Arnaud was super responsive with any queries we had. Would recommend without hesitation.

Wow! Alastair's place is a perfect, luxurious, home away-from-home. Alastair quickly deployed his team to have the villa ready for our arrival for a last-minute booking; his communication was swift, responsive and detailed. The villa was the most perfect place for our party of three married couples to stay for our friends wedding nearby! We arrived to a chilled bottle of champagne, lovely linen, comfortable beds, bathrobe and slippers, and of course the entire place was spotlessly clean. The pool was a delight and there is no detail that has not been thought of. Stunning views of the rolling hills and Mougins. Alastair has gone to the trouble of creating a welcome book with so many beautiful recommendations from restaurants to days out too which was very helpful. The only negative is that we were not able to stay longer! Do not hesitate to book.
