Seaside Living Close to the Stadium. Alt Power.

The apartment is 50m2 consisting of the following: •bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, hand basin and shower), •living area with a small desk •Kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge •Second toilet which also houses washing machine. There is a television in the bedroom as well as in the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available in the unit. Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the outside window sill is about 3m above the ground level. The window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The complex has access control and there is a fulltime janitor on site. You will be welcomed in person and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of many of Cape Town's major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient and popular MyCiTi Bus public service, the Mouille Point bus stop is 120m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 700m from apartment. A lock-up & go apartment located directly in front of the promenade, within walking distance to Cape Town stadium. It has a full sea view in the front and Table Mountain, Golf Course & Cape Town Stadium at the back. The block is quiet and secure, and the location is perfect, with the MyCity bus stop right outside and Ubers arriving within minutes. The apartment is a 300m walk to the Waterfront with tons of activities to do and restaurants to dine at. Spacious and cozy, 2-bed apartment.

Condo in Green Point

Cape Town at its best!

My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if your lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.

Beautiful place in a great location. Amazing views, and easy access to the promenade and local amenities. Oranjezicht farmers market is just down the road, and the Cape Town Stadium is literally around the corner if you are attending an event there! V&A Waterfront is also within easy walking distance. The underground parking is also a massive plus. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Will definitely be back!

My sister and I had a great stay. The place is spacious and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need to have a fun, pampered holiday - starting and ending with the beautiful views from the balcony. Sunrise over Green Point Park is as exceptional as sunset over Mouille Point's beaches. The decor is fun and upscale. We appreciated having access to a washer-dryer after a long time on the road. The coffee bar and other appliances were also top notch. Communications were easy. Christo and Janine are great hosts, generous with their home and attention to needs. We would stay here again happily.

Mountain Views in Mouille Point

We stayed here with out 2 kids and were very comfortable. We picked it for the convenient location which it certainly has. There is a great coffee shop less than a minute’s walk, and many other places for lunch and dinner all within walking distance. It was a quick and cheap Uber ride to the Waterfront (about 40 Rand). There is a wonderful paved pathway to walk or run beside the ocean. We rented electric scooters and saw two humpback whales from there one morning! The apartment itself was even better than we expected. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had plenty of bedding, towels, etc., and appreciated the little conveniences like coffee and biscuits, some laundry pods, and spices in the cupboard for cooking. The sunrises and mountian views over the golf course were lovely. Would certainly stay again.
