Villa holiday rentals in Mount Athos

The house is very cozy and comfortable. Easy to get there and to check in. The owner is a very nice girl and it’s easy to communicate with her. The rooms are specious, clean and with big wardrobes. The veranda is a great place for relaxing with a nice garden in front of it. Actually the garden is shared with 3 smaller houses but trees, bushes and some decorations give you enough privacy. The area is very quite, two tavernas in a walkable distance and more that you can get by car.

We went few friends for 5 nights and enjoyed every one of them. Location is quite unique with magnificent view. There weren't any insects and it was quiet and cool. Maria is awesome host and she showed us everything that we needed to know in the house.

Etwas abseits gelegenes schönes Haus, wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Von hier sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände der Insel gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Kaffeevollautomat benötigt Bohnen, die wenn möglich mitbringen, die sind sonst nicht so einfach zu bekommen. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin klappte erstklassig.

Our stay at this charming house in Olympiada from July 31st to August 5th was truly delightful. The house was spotless and featured a beautifully designed interior that made our stay very comfortable. The hosts, Bety and Dimitra, were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a serene and enjoyable stay in Olympiada.

Above and beyond. Great location and amenities, amazing communication and helpful staff. Christos was so kind to personally bring us the delicious breakfast every morning. It’s a luxury experience through and through in a unique and beautiful setting. Can’t wait to explore some of the other villas

The villa is very spacious and comfortable - it can be used easily by 6 adults and 2 kids (+ 1 or 2 more people on the couches on the lower floor). The terrace is amazing - we spent most of our time there. Its only downside is that there's no lighting on the wooden shed, so our dinners were on candle light (which wasn't that bad) and also some curtain can be attached to the sides for shade in the mornings and afternoons. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. They all had very needed air conditioners. There are 2 bathrooms which was very useful. The kitchen and living room are well equipped and spacious. We cooked there every day and had no problems with the appliances. However, there's no air conditioner on the lower level and can get a bit warm in there. The hosts were great, super welcoming and friendly, they responded quickly whenever we had questions. There are a couple of beaches close by - one is in 2 min walk, the other - in 5min.

We had an amazing week in Argyrios’s place. We love Kalamitsi village and the house is in the perfect spot. Walking distance from the beach and with a beautiful garden. We enjoyed having dinner at the table in front of the house. We definitely plan to come back!

Great location and the perfect sunset viewpoint. We enjoyed the spacious gardens, too - plenty of space for our energetic kids to play. Kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated Nina's extra efforts to make sure the home was appropriately set up for our younger travelers. Thank you so much!

Fantastic place. We were super well received by Christos, who also shared many really good recommendations which we enjoyed during the week. The house is amazing, better than photos and contains everything you need. The view over the sea is wonderful and the neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet and beautiful. The house is close to a very nice beach, and just below the house is a small nice and very private bathing place via stones, so bring bathing shoes and snorkeling sets for fantastic swim. We were very happy with Vourvourou and all the opportunities the area offered. Remember to rent a boat and go to the Blue Lagoon. We will definitely come again if possible. Loved the place and house.

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

Amazing villa by the sea, waking up with a view on the beach is incredible. Aikaterini is a very welcoming host that is very attentive to make sure you have a pleasant stay. She provides always relevant tips. We were here for winter and can't wait to come back on summer ⛱️

The house is huge with everything you need for a nice holiday, including basic groceries in the kitchen - water, flour, sugar, spices, etc. Lovely views from the veranda and surrounding nature. The yard is also very big, but not really suitable for small children to play. The beach across the road is very private and natural, it is more rocky than sandy. The host is very friendly, responsive and proactive. Overall, we had a relaxing and happy holiday.

We had a perfect stay. The Vila looks even better than in the pictures. Every one of the 3 rooms has a private bathroom and shower, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The place is squeaky clean and facilitated to perfection. It is right on the beach with a private spot all for yourself. The beach is very calm and beautiful and not crowded at all. Vasso and the team were very responsive and kind. The perfect host. The town is short drive away and there are excellent restaurants. Truly blessed to have had the opportunity to stay with Vasso.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και ησυχία, άμεση πρόσβαση στη εκπληκτική θάλασσα, μοναδική θέα. Η διαμονή μας στη Heaven ήταν ο ορισμός της ξεκούρασης και της γαλήνης. Οι ανέσεις και οι παροχές της βίλας ήταν ακριβώς αυτές που ολοκλήρωσαν την εξαιρετική διαμονή μας. Η συνδρομή δε του ευγενέστατου οικοδεσπότη καταλυτική ώστε η εμπειρία να μας μείνει αξέχαστη.

Had a great stay at Nancy’s place, which is ideal for a no-frills, summer beach/water sports bonanza like we were looking for. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the staff at the beach bar in front of the villa were helpful and kind. It is a very sought-after beach so there are lots of people and cars there every day, but definitely possible to have more space to oneself when walking down the beach towards the end of the cove. The house and amenities are correct and tastefully set up, but not luxurious. The terrace and the living area are welcoming and generous. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it for a stay - we were there for a week for a family holiday of 8 people, of which two young kids.

'Eνα εξαιρετικό μέρος για μια οικογένεια να περάσει λίγες μέρες στην παραλία σε μια όμορφη περιοχή της Χαλκιδικής. Το σπίτι και η οικοδεσπότης εκπλήρωσαν τις υποσχέσεις τους και τη δέσμευσή τους για μια ήρεμη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Το ακίνητο είναι καλά συντηρημένο, καθαρό, με αρκετές ανέσεις και χώρο για να νιώσετε σαν στο σπίτι σας. Τα παιδιά απόλαυσαν την πισίνα, τον άφθονο χώρο, την πρόσβαση στο διαδίκτυο και τα φρούτα που παραδίδονταν κάθε πρωί ως ευχαριστώ και προσφορά από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Η παραλία απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από μια από τις γαλάζιες ακτές της Βόρειας Ελλάδας. Το γραφικό χωριό του Ν. Μαρμαρά προσφέρει εξαιρετικές ευκαιρίες για διασκέδαση, με χαλαρωτική θέα και καλό φαγητό. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα από τα μπαλκόνια του καταλύματος. Συνολικά, συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το μέρος. Εάν επιστρέψουμε στην περιοχή, σίγουρα θα κάνουμε ξανά κράτηση.

We really enjoyed our stay there, a lovely villa, the hostess gave a quick response to every request, the sea is a 3-minute walk away, we arrived right at the end of the season and it was still great fun

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Geko Suites bei Carlo. Er ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet und sich jeder Frage annimmt. Die Bungalows sind perfekt gelegen und bieten viel Privatsphäre. Es gibt fünf Bungalows mit Basic Ausstattung, daher empfehle ich, bei der Buchung nachzufragen, welcher verfügbar ist. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ich kann die Geko Suites definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

מקרה נקודתי אחד של חוסר תקשורת של בעלי הנכס - הגיעו לקצור את הדשא בנכס ופשוט נכנסו ללא התרעה וללא תיאום מראש וחבל, כי זה ממש חדירה לפרטיות - לאחר כמה הודעות תקיפות מאוד עם בעל הנכס הובהר לבעלי המקצוע שיש עליהם לעזוב את הנכס במיידית ושהדבר איננו מקובל. חוץ מהמקרה הספציפי הזה שגם בעל הנכס התנצל אין ספור פעמים, זה באמת מקום מדהים, תמורה ענקית לכסף, לא יקר בכלל יחסית למקום ולמה שקיבלנו. לשיפור - הייתי שמח לכריות ושמיכות נורמליות, המיטה הייתה כמו קרש עץ ולא נוחה בכלל וחבל, מקום ברמה כלכך גבוהה עם ציוד בלי סוף גם במטבח, הייתי שמח למיטה יותר נוחה ולשמיכה נורמלית. הבריכה מתוחזקת ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, גימור של הנכס ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, בעלי נכס מאוד מאוד נחמדים, ללא ספק אחזור.

Всичко беше прекрасно, градината, басейна, факта че можеш да го споделиш с домашните си любимци беше това което ни спечели, градчето е малко но си има чара, на 5мин с кола от най близкия плаж е, има паркинг за 2-3 коли в двора. Всичко беше супер оборудвано и чисто, хостът всеки ден идваше да се грижи за басейна Единственото негативно което мога да кажа, е че е твърде шумно през нощта, супер много мотори и хора говорейки, се чува все едно са до теб.

Der Aufenthalt im Ambelos Village war sehr schön. Das Haus liegt am Hang und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Zu beachten ist jedoch, dass die Hauptstraße direkt am Haus entlang führt. Es ist daher nicht unbedingt ruhig aber störend ist es auch nicht. Dank Klimaanlage können die Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen bleiben und man bekommt nichts mehr mit. Ansonsten ist das Anwesen sehr schön und man teilt es sich lediglich mit einer weiteren Partei im Nachbarhaus. Ein Highlight ist der Pool, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Dimitri und Konstantina, die immer zeitnah und sehr zuvorkommend geantwortet haben. Wir können das Haus von den beiden sehr empfehlen, da es neben den erwähnten Punkten auch von der Lage her sehr gut liegt.
