We had a wonderful stay! The place was not only incredibly stylish but also thoughtfully and beautifully put together down to the smallest detail. Great interior and we really much enjoyed the outside hot tub. Everything matched perfectly, and we felt right at home from the very first moment. Absolutely nothing was missing – everything we needed (and more) was there. You can really tell how much care and love has gone into this place. Hayden is a fantastic host – very responsive to messages and proactive in communication, which made everything smooth and easy for us. Thank you for this lovely experience – we would come back any time!!

This was not only one of the cleanest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in, it also had one of the most organized and well stocked kitchens as well. The location is superb for walkability to the small downtown area of Hanmer Springs as well as local walking paths. While this small house is located on a hillside (there are surrounding houses nearby) it was still private as the bushes and trees provided screening. The stairs up to the front door are wide, deep, and easily accessible. We stayed here during a busy holiday long weekend and despite the abundance of other tourists this neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would love to return!

We had a lovely weekend at Richard’s. Perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. With mixed weather we got to make the most of both the fire place and hotpool but also the swimming pool on the hot day. Highly recommend the farm tour - such a beautiful place and Richard was an excellent guide and host!
