Dariya's place was very peaceful, no disturbances what so ever, beautiful place place. Quite responses whenever i had questions. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay. We wanted something away from the main city and we got it! The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Their dog was the absolute sweetest and we were greeted by the cat as soon as we arrived. We pulled fresh eggs from the chicken coop and had a lovely fire the last night. We left feeling rejuvenated!

We had such a lovely stay! Space was super clean, spacious, and full of natural light with beautiful high ceilings. The walk up to the guest house was charming and peaceful too. Really enjoyed our time here! 🏡

Sandra was very nice to us and she make sure that we have an a/c on the window and soon they came to fix the central air conditioner and friendly pet place overall it’s a nice place for a couple

Mary Margaret was an absolutely wonderful host! Very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We were there for two weeks while I was performing at the Orlando Fringe Festival. It was wonderful to be able to bring our 2 cats along. They liked lounging in the front fire pit and the greenery - I also felt safe to have them out since they were far away from the street traffic. Easy to walk and get around the city. Very Peaceful. I liked that there was a filtered water pitcher so we did not have to buy water! Would stay again another trip down to O-town!

This house shows how much thought was put into it. First off, the private entrance was easy to find and entry into the house was simple and well explained. Ron was very responsive and polite - you knew he was available of any questions came up. However, all of our needs were anticipated. We even loved the extras like the astronaut, blankets, cold water, and snacks. There were even outlets on each side of the bed for chargers so we didn’t have to juggle that. Besides functionality, the house came really well decorated and comfortable, you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into it. This is our new favorite rental, can’t wait to be back.

This place was awesome! Exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, felt so cozy. Paige had all the details covered, so many extra little things that made our stay better, things we didn’t even think of for our one night stay. The garden walking up to unit is cute and you’re able to pick a few veggies/herbs. Great location, quiet neighborhood and still close to shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here again!

Super quiet and enough for 2 people! The toilet makes noise for a few minutes after flushing, but other than that, the stay was perfect!

This was a nice little guests house! Perfect for a short stay. The covered driveway was an excellent perk to keep the car cool in the Florida heat. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and even a few complementary snacks. Keurig and coffee were super convenient. Great selection of books and games to use. Yard is well maintained and beautiful. Had everything we needed! Iron, pull out bed, cot, plenty of bedding and towels. TV and faux fireplace for relaxing were perfect. Front patio chairs under the awning were great for morning reading and coffee. The only two small downsides were the small shower, it was cramped and sometimes difficult to use but there’s also a tub. Also the bedroom was not super private. It had a pocket door and the other doorway was just a curtain. Overall, a very excellent Airbnb experience!

Me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful peaceful property for our first time in Orlando. She was very friendly and helpful also. Definitely recommend!!!

Johnnie's place was perfect! My partner and I stayed here for a week and everything was amazing. The place has everything you need. It was a 20min drive from Universal Studios. The surrounding restaurants were delicious. The neighborhood was peaceful. Johnnie was an amazing host, very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Jill was the most amazing host! The was incredibly responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make myself and daughter felt comfortable. Everything was just as described. The fully functional kitchen was also the best-stalked airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen. We had no issues cooking meals. The dogs made me feel safe and secure. I was missing my own dog, so they helped with that. My daughter loved the pool and spent most of the day in it. They also had a beautiful fenced in back yard with umbrellas and plenty of seating with shade if needed. Speaking of keeping cool, the A/C unit works really well! Jill was very responsive and even anticipated our needs multiple times. My daughter insists that we stay with Jill when we come back to Sanford.

Nena was an excellent host! She was very responsive and accommodating. The place was super clean, comfortable and easy to find. She had everything you could need and then some. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Nice and spacious. We had everything we needed in the B&B and our host Jennifer was fantastic. We had an issue and left a day earlier than intended as Jennifer was so helpful. The location made it easy to get to all the best attractions.
