Great 180 degree views from the balconies which is very mesmorising. Lots of lounge areas. we used it for a work retreat for two days mid week. Note that this is a professionally run property so it was quite regimented with house rules and regulations plus council rules which are not particularly tenant friendly. eg we could not get an early check in mid week in the off season which meant we had to book another night. More flexibility would have been good given there were only 4 of us staying.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the sauna — it was such a relaxing and luxurious touch! The entire place felt peaceful and well cared for. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and would definitely love to return!

We had the absolute best time at Allan’s Airbnb home. Such a beautiful home, both inside and outside. We were not disappointed! We enjoyed a very relaxed weekend away from work, kids and all responsibilities. It was truly what we needed, thank you Allan! I 10/10 recommend to anyone/everyone. We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 2 children and this place was just absolutely phenomenal for our needs. The kids couldn’t believe their luck when they saw how much there was to do! The pool was brilliant for the whole family and we played cricket every day too. The jacuzzi was just perfect for the grown-ups to enjoy in the evening too, with a nice glass of local wine (kindly provided by the hosts). The house is so spacious that you really don’t need to leave! Kylie was also super responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her. Would highly recommend staying here with kids. They’ll love it!

The property was easy to find and check into. Was clean on arrival and frlt very accommodating. The pool and spa was great fun and the nature surrounding the property was very relaxing. Great little place to getaway for a weekend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

The unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Convenient for shopping. Easy walk to the beach and train. Very peaceful locality. Great place for touring the Peninsula. Annie made you feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Marina Vista! The home was so cozy and set up beautifully with furniture and lovely antiques around the home. The view overlooking the Marina is breathtaking! There were local restaurant recommendations that we tried and LOVED! Laura has set up a beautiful home in an excellent location and we can’t wait to come back! 😍

Paul’s place in Mount Martha was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the kindest hospitality. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely warm. The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the charm of the house, made it the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay special was Paul’s incredible attention to detail and generosity. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s beautiful beachside home. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Our group of 6 absolutely loved this home. We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect space to enjoy. You are incredibly close to the beach (1 min walk) which was absolutely amazing, and we were closer to things like phillip island. You still have access to public transit into the city as well (the last stop on the line). Our group was sad to leave this stay. Nic was incredibly flexible with us and made it that much better.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We had a lovely weekend away! Daisy’s house was peaceful and relaxing, privately located with a beautiful view. The kids enjoyed the spa and farm animals located in neighbouring paddocks. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the layout works well for 2 families. Daisy was an attentive host and was quick to respond to any messages. Would happily stay again :)
