This is a great place to relax and unwind. Blue Wren is a self contained guest suite adjoining the main house with a separate entrance and pathway. Come and sleep in a comfortable bed and enjoy the dark quiet nights. Take a walk through the farm paddocks; chill-out in the hammock and be mesmerised by the bright stars above. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

Come and enjoy a country escape whilst still only being 15 minutes from Canberra. Our cosy cottage is located in the picturesque countryside, it is fully self contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and all necessary appliances. We are children and pet friendly and have a totally enclosed backyard and patio space for dogs. We run a small hobby farm of 15 chickens, 2 miniature goats, 2 horses and a very friendly dog. We are happy to arrange a meet and greet for guests.

The cottage is lovely facing a paddock of horses and cows. We loved being so close to nature. The interior was warm and full of character. We loved loved our stay. We came for winery tours and wine tastings famous in the local area. And in the evening enjoyed warming up in the outdoor jacuzzi that Sam kindly made up for us with a fire. Highly recommend this experience.

My partner and me loved our stay at Yarralaw and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet weekend away. Danny was attentive and friendly, but gave us space to enjoy the stay on our terms. He was also kind enough to give us a tour of the cellar and provide a tasting of his wines, which are all reasonably priced should you wish to purchase any. The location is very private and the accommodation is well furnished and maintained, plus it was very clean. We would definitely be interested in returning in the future!

Georgie’s place was beautiful, exactly as pictured. It was super cosy and warm. Bed was extremely comfortable. Was so nice to curl up with a coffee and read the lovely coffee table books. Was perfect for what we needed. Only a few minutes drive into Braidwood for nice cafes.
