Both beds are new as of 2024. The kitchen has a portable induction cooktop and outside there is a bbq and outdoor dining facilities. The living room is large with a modern Smart TV. The hosts live upstairs with their 2 kids; toddlers. Please note, noise, especially from the kids does carry downstairs to the unit.
