From the window, you can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, the Ferris wheel, and the night view of Kobe on the opposite shore. Especially at night, the lines of light illuminate the sea and the beautiful scenery spreads out like a painting. Enjoy a different side of Awaji Island than during the day. Enjoy a BBQ while looking at the bridge at night. When the BBQ is over, it's time for a sauna. Located in a quiet area on the mountain side surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy a relaxing island time while listening to the sounds of nature. It is conveniently located as a base for sightseeing, about a 5-minute walk from the E parking lot of the popular theme park "Nijigen no Mori". Recommended for couples and families, as well as for workations and medium to long-term stays. There are also swings and seesaws. "Hotel New Hyokk" An old mixed-use building quietly standing in a corner of the city near Kobe Station. There was a space there that had been abandoned and unused for a long time. At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. ROKKONOMAD is located in the forest of Rokko Mountain. It is located at an altitude of about 780 m, and there is a temperature difference of about 4-5 degrees from the city, so it is cooler in summer than the city, and in winter you can experience a climate that you cannot experience in the city. Would you like to enjoy an extraordinary stay surrounded by nature with your family or group? You can get to the city in 15 minutes by car from Rokko Mountain. The main building next door also operates as a shared office, and you can use the office and conference room separately (for a fee). Meals are made in the kitchen in the cottage.
