The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. It is easy to go towards Nagano. Mt. Nagamine, abandoned lines, Daio wasabi, swaths, etc. are close by. I took over the building, which has been a small hotel for 20 years, and has made a new start as an entire one-floor accommodation.
