Has comfy recliner couch and 2 chairs, 50" smart tv, and a dvd player in Living room. Outdoor table and chairs 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed main level, 1 full size, upstairs, a extra air up matress and blankets in closet if needed. Parking for 2 vechicles. Ask to see if we can accommodate trailers and bigger vechicles.

Enjoy our newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment located on Reitz Hill. It is only 6 minutes from Deaconess Midtown, 15 minutes from Evansville Airport, and 8 minutes from USI. This Modern Farmhouse is pleasantly comfortable and cozy with plenty of natural lighting and new amenities. Built in 1919, this bungalow-style home was divided into three units in 1942 during WW2. The beautiful Airbnb space is located on the top level of the home, completely separate from the rest of the house.

There is not a full kitchen, but we do have a fridge. Not suitable for kids. A place for pet lovers! We do have two dogs, a cat and chickens who live on the property and have access to courtyard and event space.

Extremely lovely place to stay. Very quiet with a pond in the back. You can hear the birds chirping to greet the morning and spot turtle swimming in the pond while drinking your coffee on the deck. Daniel and Missy are very responsive to your needs and the check-in communication is top notch. Thank you for a lovely place to stay while we visited old friends and celebrated a high school graduate.

we have stayed in dozens of airbnbs over the years, this was one of our favorites!! everything we needed to cook a few meals. a wonderful large table for feeding our university of evansville soccer players. a walkable adorable area. comfortable & well thought out amenities for guests’ needs. we added in extra nights the week before & the hosts were so flexible & communicative. it was a delightful weekend & we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting u. of evansville!! it’s perfection. thank you for making our weekend so memorable & wonderful.
