Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

This is a newly renovated, top floor, one bedroom condo in Ptarmigan Ridge with views of the slope. Drive in/out and 100 yards to ski in/out. The living room has a propane fireplace and 48" wall mount TV with cable and a DVD Player. The two double-sided pillow-top single beds in the bedroom can be made up separately or pushed together and made up as a king bed. The bedroom has its own 32" wall mounted TV with DVD Player.
